The curry looks so scrumptious, and I really like how it’s been presented! I’ll be looking for the recipe to try with my son, Joe, and his girlfriend, E. I am not sure my special gentleman friend likes curry so, I’ll be asking him before I try serving him some. I wouldn’t appreciate someone trying to serve me something I didn’t like simply because they didn’t ask. I can still surprise him if he does like it. 🙂
