I did some work on my projects this week but not a lot. I only worked on three of my projects as well.
Stitchinati
I’m really liking this project, and I’m happy about the progress even if it isn’t much.
Here is where I was last week:

This piece was designed and charted by Morti, a wonderful YouTuber. You can find her channel here, and her shop, Hare Moon Crafts where you can get this design for yourself.
Here is where I am now:

Now that I’m on a straight way, I should be able to get moving a bit faster this week.
Peppermint Purple SAL
This is a lovely black work project, and I’m enjoying this project as well. Here is where I was last:

Here is where I’m at, and I’m also sharing a close up so you can see more of the detail of the fillers.

Last but never least:
The Land Baby
Before I go any further, I want to share the webpage were I found this lovely as well as The Girl With the Pearl Earring. The charter isn’t named only the original artist:
The Land Baby by John Collier(1899)
If anyone else takes up this project, I’d love to know about it and see your progress! Here is where I was last week:

I finally got to the far right side so now, I can start working the next section:

This piece is actually folded over and is not showing the entire left side which I’ve already worked. I can honestly say the charter did an amazing job, and I’m loving this piece! It’s a joy to work on despite all the confetti. In fact, it’s because of all the confetti I get lots of satisfaction from seeing the work coming to life with each added block. There’s a toddler in this section, and I’m bringing her out eventually. 🙂
That’s it for this week. Not a lot of progress, but it’s still progress.
See you on the flipside and don’t forget your towel and sonic screwdriver!
Love all of your wonderful progress! The blackwork is indeed amazing–thank you for the closeup.
And so kind of you to share where you found the Land Baby chart! I discovered that I’ve actually visited this site, and that I’ve got a few full coverage patterns from here with me. I don’t think I’m gonna attempt them anytime soon though–I don’t think I can find the subtle shade variations of threads required. All the more reason for me to live vicariously through your full coverage projects! 😉

I’m lucky to have a Hobby Lobby close by to get the threads. Wal-Mart barely carries any which is a shame seeing how big cross stitching is in the United States and elsewhere. Ordering floss online can get expensive too so I do what I can.
I am thinking of doing one or two more from the site in the future. I like the painting, The Road Not Traveled – I think that’s the name, I’ll have to check, but I don’t have time for it this year. I may do it on a bigger count fabric because it’s not supposed to be that big.
I’m glad you liked the close up of the blackwork, It’s looking so nice! 🙂 I might join her SAL for next year too. She’s actually running a second one, but I have too much going on for that.
