YouTube Tuesday: Sippers, Trippers and Flippers

The name itself is fabulous and a real eye grabber, don’t you think? I found this wonderful YTer while I was watching Ara’s newest Beetle-gust build, on Bentley House Minis. I’m glad I took the time to watch the video once I was done with Ara’s video because this one I’m about to share is Halloween themed just in time to start planning for the holiday, and its decorations.

This video has thrift, repurposing, DIY and Halloween – everything I really enjoy watching!! I like how she tells you where she got everything as she’s putting everything out and going over it. The technique with the drawer paper was new too me so I’ve learned something new. 🙂

I really hope you enjoy this video and if you do, at least leave a comment and hit the Like button. If you don’t like it, hit the Dislike button and leave a comment(constructive criticism only please) as well. Feedback is very important to a creative, and we like hearing your thoughts on what we’re showing off. Speaking of which, feel free to leave comments on any of my posts, I read and respond to all of them.

See you on the flipside and don’t forget to bring your towel and sonic screwdriver!!

YouTube Tuesday: Darkest Raven Designs: Dumbledore’s Office Final Video

As promised I am linking to the final video in the playlist. Chantal of Darkest Raven Designs did an amazing – better than amazing – job on this build of Dumbledore’s Office from the Harry Potter books and movies. She didn’t just do a basic mockup either. She got very detailed from the glass jars in the Memory Cabinet to all the books and paintings. She hung curtains, put in mirrors and paid attention to even the smallest of things.

She did all of this, and she brought us all along for the ride with a series of videos and live streams, including asking for contributions from viewers to add to the build. I was with her from the very first video, and I watched each one with a growing sense of wonder and awe as she turned her idea into a reality using photos from books and from watching parts of the movies. She even found the blueprints for the office online and showed us where she got them.

While the video below is the final video, you can easily watch from the beginning as Chantal has put together a playlist, and it’s live. Please, be sure to Like and Comment if you like the video(s) and be sure to Subscribe because she has a lot more projects, not all Harry Potter themed but just as wonderfully created, planned.

I really hope you enjoy this video and will watch the rest in the playlist. I highly recommend them!! Of course, don’t take my word for it, check out the above and decide for yourself.

YouTube Tuesday: Bentley House Minis Beetlejuice House!!

This is the next installment in this build, and I had to show you this fantastic “glass” wall Ara made for the house!

Everybody from the 80s will remember the iconic Beetlejuice House, and Ara is doing a bang up job of creating it from scratch!! I am just floored by her talent. I also love how she doesn’t gloss over or try to cover up her mistakes. She shows them to you and tells you what happened. She also shows you ways to fix the mistakes, if they can be fixed. Her honesty is very refreshing!!

I hope you enjoy her work as much as I do and if you do, let her know, please!

See you on the flipside and don’t forget your towel and sonic screwdriver!

YouTube Tuesday – Your New Zealand Family

There are a lot of “Reaction” videos on YouTube now, and they’re from people all around the globe. People reacting to music, to history, to food – you get the idea. I found a family of four who started their channel in January of this year and already, they have 46k subscribers!!

I found them quite by accident when they were “reacting” to bull riding videos – American bull riding. This is a family of four from New Zealand, and they don’t have bull riding there apparently. They were all impressed with the sport, but I was tickled when they apparently couldn’t figure out why the bulls were bucking almost from the moment they were released from the shoot.

Several of their viewers helped them out telling them in the comments. I have since watched other videos, and I like how they try to compare what they’re seeing to their own lives and country. They’re very open minded, or seem to be, and I was impressed with them enough to want to share them with you.

Below is a video of them reacting to a countdown of beautiful places in the United States. The parents fully include their two children in this video, asking for their opinions and discussing things with them which I applaud.

As always, Like, Subscribe and Comment to show how you feel about this video and the creators of it. 🙂

If you have a channel on YouTube or Twitch you want me to check out and possibly share, let me know in the comments below.

YouTube Tuesday: Manilature

I just found this fantastic channel, and I just had to share! I’m more into the dark and the gothic, but Hannah has done some incredible work with her little rooms! She’s been on YT for almost a year now, I think, and she’s been very busy! There’s plenty to look at with a wide variety of cute rooms!

Just check out the video below to see what I mean!

YouTube Tuesday: Creative Mom

Diana is the wonderful creative behind this channel, and she does some absolutely amazing stuff!! She makes houses(seriously cute ones!) not just out of cardboard but also out of bottles! I am so happy Ara over at Bentley House Minis mentioned her on one of her videos because I’m enjoying watching the videos Diana has made of her creations! Here is one she did of a house made from bottles!

How adorbs is that!!! I am in awe of people with her kind of talent! If you like this video, do what I did, hit the Like Button and the Subscribe Button as well – you’ll want to I’m sure!! Also, drop a comment so she knows what you actually think of her work – I did!

YouTube Tuesday: Bentley House Minis

Ara is the creative spirit behind this channel, and she’s Amazing!! She makes lots of stuff, and I couldn’t decide on just one video so, I am linking to a playlist. This playlist is about a dollhouse in 1:12 scale that is made out of cardboard! Ara also made furniture for the dollhouse out of cardboard, and she was nice enough to share all of the blueprints and patterns for this project.

I am definitely going to try something like this when I’m done with my book end project!

Be sure to Subscribe to Ara’s channel as well as Like/Dislike and comment!! Feedback is always welcome, good or bad!

Personally, I think you’ll like her channel. She’s easy to listen to, explains things very well and goes slow when she’s demonstrating so following along is a breeze.

Don’t take my word for it, go check her out!
